WALDEN, AND THEIR LINE UP

IS A WALK FOR CLIMATE JUSTICE

with Poetry Reading of Tagalog poems

Concept:

This activity is a walk and awareness campaign which will be held on Earth Day, 4.22.2022, for our candidates less than three weeks before the May election.

Presidential candidate Ka Leody de Guzman joined us during our Climate Walk from Luneta to Tacloban in 2014, a year after supertyphoon Haiyan, popularly known as Yolanda, landed in the Philippines that killed more than 5,000 people. Ka Leody also spoke about climate emergency and also calls for climate justice.

Vice Presidential candidate Walden Bello is an internationally known activist who has written many topics on economy and ecology.

Candidates for Senator Atty. Luke Espiritu and the two known environmentalist Roy Cabonegro and David D'Angelo is also knowledgeable and actively campaining in this respect and can clearly explain their call for climate justice to the masses.

Ka Lidy Nacpil, an internationally known activist fighting for several decades now for Climate Justice, is the second nominee of PLM Partylist.

Let's join us in this Walk for Climate Justice on Earth Day, because "A Walk for Ka Leody, Walden, and their line up is a WALK FOR CLIMATE JUSTICE!"

Mechanics ng nasabing Alay-Hakbang para sa Klima:

Ang paglalakad ay sisimulan ng mga volunteer, na maaaring lima hanggang sampung katao. May hawak na malaking banner na nakasulat ang: "A Walk for Ka Leody, Walden, and their line up is a WALK FOR CLIMATE JUSTICE”. 

Upang hindi masyadong hingalin ang mga maglalakad o sasama sa Alay-Hakbang para sa Klima, maaaring may magsimula lamang mula Bonifacio monument hanggang Balintawak market, at papalitan na sila ng isa pang set ng maglalakad.

Istasyon ng paglalakad:

(1) Magsisimula ang paglalakad mula sa Monumento ni Gat Andres Bonifacio sa Lungsod ng Caloocan hanggang Balintawak market. Pahinga ng sampung minuto.

(2) Paglalakad mula Balintawak market hanggang SM North. Pahinga ng sampung minuto.

(3) Paglalakad mula SM North hanggang Bantayog ng mga Bayani. Pahinga ng sampung minuto.

(4) Paglalakad mula Bantayog ng mga Bayani hanggang Farmers, Cubao. Pahinga ng sampung minuto.

(5) Paglalakad mula Farmers, Cubao hanggang People Power Monument.

Magkakaroon ng munting programa sa People Power Monument. Kasabay nito’y ang Tulaan sa Earth Day, kung saan ang mga tula ay batay sa facebook page na 60 Green Poems for April 22 and for our Green Candidates. 

Nawa’y mahilingan nating magsalita sa aktibidad na ito ang ating mga kandidatong sina Ka Leody de Guzman, Ka Walden Bello, Atty. Luke Espiritu, at syempre ang dalawa nating environmental senatoriables na sina Roy Cabonegro at David D’Angelo.

Bukod sa tulaan sa nasabing paglalakad, ang gabi ng April 22 ay inilaan natin para sa TULAAN o poetry reading sa BMP-KPML office sa Lungsod ng Pasig.
